What is QHHT?

QHHT is a hypnotic technique developed by Dolores Cannon. It accesses your subconscious mind (SC) or higher self to answer all your questions. Dolores perfected the technique over 40 years of practice with amazing results! 

Ask anything! What is my soul's purpose? My lessons in life? Have I had past lives with my partner, children, family and friends? How can I heal myself? Why did my soul choose my current challenges? What is my best career path? Ask anything about relationships, your job, your path, your soul's purpose, anything at all...

Sessions last 4-6 hours and are always done in person in Galway, NY. We chat for 2-3 hours where you'll tell me your life story and we'll go over your questions. We will also discuss your goals for the session. Then you're hypnotized for 2 hours before a 30-minute de-briefing. Sessions are recorded and only for you. We'll talk on the phone or in person first and, if appropriate, book your session. You will also receive a preparation email and will be asked to submit your list of questions no later than two days before the session to help me mindfully prepare for our time together.

During the hypnosis part, you will enter a theta brainwave state. Then, you'll be taken to the most appropriate time and place to answer your questions. You might experience 1 or 2 past lives. You might go to a loving light or peaceful energy. Some people travel through wormholes or to the place we go after our lifetime. Others find themselves in space or as a plant or animal. Each experience is unique but will always have a purpose. There are many safeguards built into the technique to help you through any challenging experiences. You will be guided to become the observer, if this happens, to gain the lessons without going through past-life trauma. Your subconscious is called in next to answer all your questions, to explain why it took you where it did, and for any self-healing that is appropriate.

The SC is a higher power that helps you by answering your questions through your own mind, your own voice. YOU are providing the answers! Some call it the higher self or oversoul. It's a part of you that knows everything and is unlimited in its abilities. This is a chance to connect to that part of you that is always attempting to give you messages through intuition, inner whisperings, or that feeling that you "know" the answer. After the session, you are encouraged to listen to the recording several times to remember that aspect of your being and work with it in the dream space  or meditation, helping you to recognize what has been there all along.

Dolores Cannon had verifiable results asking the SC to help clients with various medical issues. Many clients  experience instantaneous relief from symptoms related to their illness or injury. You will be guided to perform a body scan, under hypnosis, then we'll ask your SC to help you, if possible. We are all unlimited beings and our multidimensional nature shows us that nothing is impossible. Miracles happen every day with the right mindset. You will be encouraged to embrace your body's natural self-healing abilities which are much more powerful when working within the theta brainwave state.
